Well Tempered Madness

Well Tempered Madness is Steve Fansler’s band from Las Vegas NV. Steve is a recording artist and perform that is in the area for the next month. For his Kansas shows he has hired Alan Bell on electric piano and synthesizer, Michael T Brown on fretless electric bass, Tom Bolton on drums and myself on soprano, alto and tenor saxophones. Steve is a prolific writer of rock fusion and we are performing his original songs. The time signatures and key signatures are always changing, and the songs flow from beautiful ballads to tension filled fast paced flurries of complicated riffs of dissonance. The music is unique and the band is great. Are first show is tomorrow night, April 6, at the Westport Coffee House Theater in Kansas City from 6-8pm. If you can’t be in Kansas City tomorrow you are in luck! We will be performing in Manhattan, April 13 at Auntie Mae’s Parlor from 8-10pm. Hope to see you there. Andy
